Amplify attendees will leave with tools, resources, and an expanded network to support their career growth.

Any military spouse is eligible attend; pre-registration and confirmation are required. Early registration is recommended for in-person Amplify events as space is limited. After registering, attendees will receive program instructions via email.

Attendees spend two full days in intensive career development workshops and interactive sessions.
  • Interactive sessions focus on public/professional speaking, salary negotiations, networking skills, personal branding, interview techniques, and military spouse entrepreneurial options.
  • Participants have the opportunity to interact with local and national employers and companies.

Attending an In-person Amplify
The Amplify content is the same for virtual and in-person events. However, there are several additional experiences for attendees at in-person sessions: 
  • Receive a complimentary professional headshot.
  • Hear from local military organizations and area employers.
  • Network with the community for specific resources, volunteer opportunities, and employment as well as upcoming events.
  • Foster relationships with other military spouses in the area.

Amplify events are intended for military spouses. Hiring Our Heroes defines a military spouse as any person whose career has been impacted by military service. This term includes veteran spouses, Gold Star spouses, active-duty spouses, Reserve spouses, National Guard spouses, domestic partners, and caregivers.
